How to send a sms ?

#1 Our web service is based on EMAIL - TO - SMS gateways net over the world. So if you want to send a message to someone you have to be sure that he has activated this service through his mobile provider.

#2 How to define a phone number: every country has a country code number (1-3 digits). Every mobile operator has also his own code inside the country. So the phone number format looks like:
[country code] + [number of the receiver (usually 10 digits)].
Example:
Ideally mobile numbers should be in International format without the leading '00'
Country: USA -> Country code -> 1-xxx -xxx-xxxx
This will look like in our site: 1xxxxxxxxxx (1 + 10 digits after that without leading '00')
